Paint Fun 2 — Android Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 14, 2026
Enoshima Game ("we", "us", or "our") provides Paint Fun 2 for Android (package: com.enoshimagame.paint.fun.coloringbook.ii). This section explains how this App handles information. The legacy policy below applies separately to Paint Fun – Color by Numbers, not to Paint Fun 2.
1. Information handled by the App
Local gameplay data. Coloring progress, artwork, preferences and cached content are stored on your device. The App does not upload your artwork or saved coloring progress to our own server, and does not require you to create an account.
Advertising data. The App uses AppLovin MAX and Google Mobile Ads. Depending on your device, settings, consent and the services used, these providers may collect IP addresses (including approximate location inferred from them), advertising and other device/app identifiers, device model, operating system, language, time zone, network/carrier information and other device characteristics. They may also collect app and advertising interactions (such as launches, sessions, ad impressions, clicks and video views), diagnostic/performance information, and privacy/consent choices. The App does not request precise GPS location.
Content delivery. The App downloads coloring content through a content-delivery network, Amazon CloudFront. Delivering those requests involves processing your IP address and request information, such as the requested content and request time. The provider may process service/security logs under its own policies.
Purchases. Google Play processes in-app payments. The App uses Unity In-App Purchasing to receive product, purchase-status and transaction/receipt information needed to provide or restore purchases. We do not receive your full payment-card details.
Support. If you email us, we receive your email address and the message and attachments you choose to send. Please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information.
2. Optional device and platform features
Saving and sharing artwork. When you choose to save a picture, the App writes an exported image to your device gallery and may request storage permission on older Android versions. This feature does not upload your photo library to us. When you choose to share, the exported image is passed to the app or recipient you select; that service's privacy practices apply.
Notifications. Optional coloring reminders are scheduled locally on your device. This reminder feature does not require a remote push-notification token. You can disable notifications in Android settings.
Reviews. If you submit a rating or review through Google Play, Google processes it under its policies. Its visibility depends on Google Play's review/testing rules. The App does not receive the text through the in-app review interface. You can manage your review through Google Play.
3. Why information is processed and shared
Information is processed to deliver content and App features, fulfill purchases, respond to support requests, display and measure advertisements, personalize ads where permitted, diagnose performance issues, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet legal obligations. Advertising providers may share data with their service providers and advertising partners and may act as independent controllers under their own policies.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on consent for processing that requires it; performance of a contract for requested services; legitimate interests in operating, securing and supporting the service, subject to your rights; and compliance with legal obligations. Using the App is not, by itself, consent to personalized advertising.
We do not exchange your personal information for money. Certain advertising-related disclosures may nevertheless be considered a "sale", "sharing" or targeted advertising under applicable privacy laws. You may exercise the applicable rights described below. We may also disclose information when legally required or necessary to protect rights and safety.
4. Service providers and their policies
AppLovin (MAX mediation and advertising): AppLovin Privacy Policy
Google (advertising, consent services, Google Play billing and reviews): Google Privacy Policy
Unity (game engine and purchasing integration): Unity Privacy Policy
Amazon Web Services (CloudFront content delivery): AWS Privacy Notice
These services have their own processing, retention and privacy-request procedures. Their inclusion does not mean that every service collects every category listed above.
5. Advertising choices
Where applicable, the App displays privacy/consent messages provided through its advertising services. You can use the choices presented and the advertising-ID/privacy controls available in your Android settings. Availability varies by Android version and region. You can also use the privacy-request and opt-out mechanisms described in AppLovin's and Google's policies, or contact us for assistance. Declining personalized advertising does not necessarily stop all advertising-related processing, such as ad delivery, fraud prevention and measurement.
The remove-ads purchase removes banner and interstitial ads covered by that purchase. Optional rewarded ads remain available, and the purchase does not disable all advertising SDK processing.
6. Retention, deletion and security
Local App data remains on your device until removed or overwritten. You can clear App storage or uninstall the App using Android settings. Exported gallery images and copies shared elsewhere must be deleted separately; device backup/restoration follows your platform settings. Clearing only the content cache does not delete all progress or third-party records.
We keep support correspondence only as needed to address requests and meet legitimate operational or legal requirements. Providers retain information under their own policies and legal obligations; advertising data is not necessarily processed only in memory or deleted immediately after a request. Contact us to request deletion of information we control. We will explain any lawful retention requirements and, where appropriate, direct you to providers for information they independently control.
We take reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information handled, but no storage or transmission method is completely secure. Information may be processed in Japan and in other countries where our providers operate. Where required, applicable safeguards for international transfers are used.
7. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of personal information, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, or opt out of sale/sharing or targeted advertising. You may also complain to your local privacy regulator. Contact us using the address below; we may need proportionate information to verify your request and will respond within applicable legal deadlines. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.
8. Children's privacy
We do not knowingly collect children's personal information in violation of applicable law. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information through the App, contact us. We will investigate, remove information within our control where required, and work with relevant providers as appropriate.
9. Updates and contact
We may update this policy as the App or its data practices change. We will update the date above and provide additional notice or request consent where required by law.
